Our journey began with a prestigious milestone. In June 2018, the founding team of Genetrump, then competing under the name "Golden Creation Medicine Co., Ltd.," distinguished itself at the highly acclaimed "BOC Cup Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition" Macau regional. We were honored to win both the championship title and the "Best Exhibition Award."
As a team of master's students from the University of Macau, we merged the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine with modern nanotechnology. Our core innovation presented at the competition was a novel wound dressing designed to achieve rapid hemostasis, effectively prevent wound inflammation, and significantly promote the healing process.
This victory was not only a powerful endorsement of our team's innovative concept and research capabilities but also granted us the invaluable opportunity to represent Macau in the national Grand Final. There, we competed alongside top teams from Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong for a million-dollar startup fund.
This foundational success laid the groundwork for the official establishment of Genetrump, marking the beginning of our dedicated mission to transform scientific research into impactful health products.
