Long before the official launch of Genetrump, our founding team had already stood on the nation's highest stage for innovation and entrepreneurship, earning recognition at the national level. At the Grand Final of the 3rd China "Internet+" University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, our "Golden Creation Medicine" project distinguished itself from 370,000 competing teams across the country to win the prestigious Gold Award, acclaimed for its solid scientific foundation and immense market potential.
The pinnacle of this achievement was the honor bestowed upon our team representative, Mr. Zhe Zhang, who, along with other award winners, was personally received by the then-Vice Premier of the State Council, Mdm. Liu Yandong. During the meeting, we presented our entrepreneurial vision of transforming traditional Chinese medicine with modern technology to serve public health, a concept that garnered significant attention and affirmation.
As the largest and most prestigious innovation competition in the nation, this victory was a powerful endorsement of our core technology and vision. Our project, leveraging the formidable platform of the State Key Laboratory of Quality Research in Chinese Medicine at the University of Macau, combines the essence of traditional herbs like Eucommia ulmoides and Bletilla striata with modern nanotechnology to create an advanced medical dressing that significantly accelerates wound healing.
Winning this national Gold Award, and especially receiving the encouragement from a state leader, provided our team with unparalleled motivation. It solidified our resolve to industrialize our research findings, establish Genetrump, and dedicate ourselves to safeguarding health through technology.
